6 week course suitable for those new to tapping and meditation, as well as those looking to deepen their practice.
If you’re feeling anxious and overwhelmed, this course is for you. Clinically proven to reduce the levels of the stress hormone, cortisol, tapping is a wonderful way to let go of the stresses and strains of the day.
During each session, we will use tapping to gently bring focus to some common emotions that may be troubling us. This will help to calm the busy mind, ready for our meditation practice. The class will conclude with some gentle breathing and/or relaxation.
This class is designed to nurture and support you back to a place of calm. It’s a wonderful opportunity to learn new techniques to help you to successfully navigate times when you feel anxious, angry or overwhelmed, greatly improving your confidence, self-esteem and ability to feel calm and in control.
